    When enabled for a client, AlwaysIn may use AI-assisted tools to answer calls, respond to chats, send follow-up messages, summarize conversations, and route inquiries. Calls, chats, and messages may be recorded, transcribed, or summarized to provide the service, improve accuracy, and support client follow-up.

    4. Third-Party Service Providers

    We use trusted third-party service providers to host, process, communicate, and manage our services. These may include CRM, hosting, phone, SMS, email, calendar, analytics, payment, AI, and support providers. Data may be processed in Canada, the United States, or other locations where our providers operate. We require service providers to protect personal information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
